Fact: online slots use a mathematical formula

Each winning or losing combination you see on the screen has been calculated by the Random Number Generator (RNG). This is a mathematical process to ensure that there is no predictable pattern between each set of numbers. The people who sell online slot systems claim they know the formula written into the software so, if you give them the last combination on the screen, they can calculate the next combination.

This is a clever line to bait the advertising hook because, in theory, it’s true. If you had the time to work out each new combination using the same formula as the RNG on-screen, you would know what the next line was going to be. Unfortunately, the RNG calculates a hundred or so new lines per second. Whether you press play or sit there thinking, hundreds of virtual spins are calculated and discarded unused. When you do finally decide to press play (however many seconds after the last), the 'machine' picks the most recently calculated set of numbers. So there’s always a gap in the sequence. You can never see the last generated set and, even if you could, you would only have a fraction of one second to work out the next set and the next and so on. Yes, there is a formula. Yes, the sellers probably do know what it is. But the practical effect of that formula on screen is to give you random spins.

Fact: you can’t beat the online slot machines

You are a human being not a walking calculator. There’s no way you can apply the math of the formula inside the RNG to a set of numbers and keep pace with the RNG in real time. Human being ain't built for that kind of speed.

But what if get your own RNG and fight fire with fire?

Good idea! Unfortunately, that doesn’t work either. You can have your very own RNG spinning away on your PC, but there’s no way you can ever synchronize your RNG with the RNG in the online slot. You took one second to input the last set of numbers. In that same time, the on-screen RNG has already generated more than one hundred new sets of numbers. You just aren’t fast enough.

Random means random. Chance stays chance every time you play slots.

So save your money for playing the game. Giving your money to people selling a winning system is letting them win big time. If their system really worked, they would have retired as multimillionaires days after they invented the system. As it is, they just look for gullible people and take their money.
